Project Management

Hi all,

Here are the slides on Project Management, including links to all the web sites we visited including PRINCE2 etc . Don't forget the lecture on 6 February will provide a context for this (including where Project Management came from, and how to assess its role in your career or a museum, the alternatives to PRINCE2 and so on).
